Banking technology is evolving, and Nutmeg is too. Nutmeg State Financial Credit Union has finished the largest technology upgrade in its history. This upgrade significantly enhanced our e-Services and Mobile App.
We recognize that most of our customers are becoming savvy smartphone users and we wanted to meet their needs through this upgrade. The technology we purchased is used by some of the largest banks in the world.
We have tried to make the process seamless for our customers. The App is downloaded just like other Apps and member account information syncs directly to the phone. Members securely sign-in with the use of passcodes and thumbprint security. From the App, members can access the same features they have come to expect in branches. Members can pay bills, make deposits, review transactions, deposit checks, research rates and much more.
We’ll stress, this is not a move away from our branches, but this technology says that you do not need to visit us unless you prefer to. People are on the move more than ever and particularly younger generations are demanding this level of technical convenience and real-time information, we are happy to offer it now.
