The Rocky Hill Chamber of Commerce is almost completely run by volunteers. Below are some brief descriptions of the committees we currently have. If you see something you like sign up on the form below.

ANNUAL MEETING & BEST OF ROCKY HILL AWARDS
This is the Chamber's largest dinner style event and awards ceremony. This Committee meets 2 times a month December - April and is responsible for planning the event and coordinating the voting for awards.
MEMORIAL DAY PARADE
This committee is responsible for the planning and organizing of the Memorial Day Parade and ceremony. This committee meets once a month January - May and more frequent as the event gets closer.
SHOP LOCAL COMMITTEE
This committee is responsible for programs to boost business. Tasks include promoting shopping local and Small Business Saturday which is the Saturday after Thanksgiving each year. This committee meets all year with the bulk of the work in Ocober & November.
NETWORKING COMMITTEE
The Networking committee works to bring businesses together by creating networking events.
EDUCATION COMMITTEE
The Education Committee is responsible for our relationship with Rocky Hill Schools and educational programs for businesses. The Education committee runs the mentor program and coordinates the chamber scholarships.
ADVOCACY
This committee has the responsibilities of developing and recommending policies and programs and updating and implementing the Plan of Action. Members of this committee also attend important town meetings and asist with setting up events
MEMBERSHIP
The Membership Committee is responsible for keeping in touch with our members and finding new ones. This committee contacts members to maintain a personal relationship with the chamber and follows up with members after they attend events. This committee also may coordinate or create membership events such as new member networking sessions or membership drives.
