The Rocky Hill Chamber of Commerce, administered by Chamber Insurance Trust, have developed an exciting new individual health program with Aetna for individuals and their families. The program is called Chamber One and is available to all Rocky Hill Chamber members.

Hospital Indemity Plan

In today’s health insurance benefit designs many plans have a hospital deductible.  There is a reasonable option to help defray this cost.  The Hospital Indemnity plan exclusively from Aetna and only available for Chamber member companies and employees, pays a set dollar amount to the insured if they are admitted to a hospital for 24 hours or more. 

 

Vision Care, Dental, Short and Long Term Disability. 

As a business owner and a Rocky Hill Chamber member you can also offer voluntary benefits.  One or more of your employees can choose to enroll in Vision care, Dental, Short and Long Term Disability. 

 

Medicare Advantage plan (65+)

For your employees that are over 65, Medicare Advantage plans are available.
