Administrative Director
Part time 12hrs per week, Flexible hours.
The Rocky Hill Chamber of Commerce is looking for a talented individual to fill a part time position as Administrative Director.
QUALIFICATIONS:

Excellent communication, organizational and problem solving skills

Proficient computer skills using Microsoft word, Excel & Google Docs, Photoshop

Excellent customer service skills
-
Basic accounting skills including inputting payments and expenses to accounting programs like Freshbooks or Quickbooks
-
Online marketing programs including Constant Contact, Facebook Business pages
-
Understanding of web sites and ability to update web site using wix.

Ability to compose professional emails and letters
-
Basic understanding of how businesses operate
-
Ability to design marketing material such as flyers and other promotional materials
DUTIES:
-
Check phone messages & return calls
-
Check emails and reply or forward to proper board members
-
Update Chamber website using Wix
-
Prepare and send out weekly newsletters using Constant Contact

Apply payments and expenses using Freshbooks
-
Create recurring invoice for new members
-
Create new member packages
-
Contact overdue members
-
Develop and maintain organizes systems
-
Attend select chamber events
