Budget and Finance Committee
Responsibilities include the development of an annual budget and evaluation of financial performance within budget with appropriate recommendation to the Board of Directors.

Advocacy Committee 
This committee has the responsibilities of developing and recommending policies and programs, updating and implementing the Plan of Action.

Section 8 Nominating Committee
The Nominating Committee shall annually, or more frequently, if necessary review the composition of the Board  with respect to such factors as number, principle business, occupations, function and expertise needs of the committees and the needs of the Board and the Corporation.

Section 9 Program Committee
Responsibilities include organizing, promoting and presenting seminars, courses of study, fundraisers and events in support of the Corporation purposes.
